Workshop Info

This workshop is held in a heated tent.  Your hands may be in and out of water throughout the workshop.

This versatile basket can either be hung on your workshop wall or sit on your work area surface! Measuring 7” L x 2.75” W x 7” H, it’s perfect for holding your tools or containing those lists and notes so much a part of being creative. Participants will have an opportunity to complete a basket with a filled base, one woven with a continuous weave, and a rim finished off with a flexible leather handle. Dyed overlays used to create the design on the front are incorporated at the end.

SKILL LEVEL:  Absolute Beginner

A material fee of $30 to be paid to the instructor via cash or check.

Material fee includes:  dyed and natural reed, seagrass, leather handle and use of tools needed to complete the basket.
