Workshop Info

Students will select a yarn colorway, either from their stash or a purchase at the festival, which will be included in a still life set-up for the creation of a watercolor painting of fiber and related items. Luis will provide individual instruction and demonstration of color matching and mixing, hue and value, blocking in the picture, development and correction to a fully realized painting.

A material fee of $10 to be paid to the instructor via Paypal, cash, or check.

Material fee includes:  Luis will provide paint, palette, paper. paper towels and use of paint brushes and water cups.

Student should bring:  Nothing

 Students may also want to bring a battery operated task light, if needed.
