Workshop Info

Learn to 3D crochet with Kerry Lord, best-selling British designer and author, the creator of Edward’s Menagerie. Kerry will demonstrate and teach you all the techniques you need to make your first 3D project from a cheat’s magic circle through the basics of increasing and decreasing invisibly in the single crochet stitch, colour change, loop stitch and tips on sewing up and finishing. Along with how to understand and read the pattern participants will also learn the fundamentals of how to create shaping, understanding tension, scaling projects up and down with ease and advice on choices of tools and materials to guarantee the look and feel of the resulting make. 

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner and Beginner with experience who is looking to further their techniques.

A material fee of $10, in cash,  to be paid to the instructor.

Material fee includes:  25g 100% TOFT luxury pure DK wool, toy stuffing, crochet hook, wool needle, eye threads and pattern. 

Student should bring:  Nothing

Students may also want to bring a battery operated task light, if needed.
