The cross-armed "Turkish" spindle makes for a mesmerizing and highly versatile spin. Learn the many ways to wind a cop (from decorative to speed-winding) and how adaptable this spindle is to different spinning draws along the woolen to worsted continuum.
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner with some experience
PREREQUISITES: Students should be adept at suspended (aka "drop") spindling.
