Do you already know the basics of wheel mechanics, such as the differences between drive systems and how ratios work, but want to know more -- like about accelerated wheels, performing wheel maintenance and basic repairs? Are you interested in what small modifications might be available to you for tuning your specific wheel? What kinds of things belong in your spinning wheel field kit? Do you need different flyers to spin different kinds of yarn? Are you suspecting your wheel has limitations or wondering if you can get more out of it? Then Wheel Mechanics Part 2 is the class for you! Bring your wheel (or wheels, space permitting) and we'll step through a tuneup and options along with presenting details on how various spinning mechanisms really work.

Fiber will be supplied, and wheels with multiple drive systems will be present but we'll be focusing on yours, so bring your own.
