These are some of the many wonderful authors dealing with all aspects of wool. They will be on hand to discuss any issue and to share their work. Children authors as well.

ASI WOOL SCIENCE CLASSES

ASI Wool Science 101, Saturday at 9AM.

This half day program is patterned after the ASI Wool Handling and Certified Wool Classing schools, covering the basics of the program without the hands on training during shearing.  The class is designed to give producers, shearers and others information on basic wool growth and development, wool quality improvement and proper wool handling procedures.

ASI Wool Science 202, Sunday at 9AM

This session will provide more in-depth information on wool production, management and objective measurement – with special emphasis on how wool testing information relates to wool processing, genetic selection programs, sheep & flock management issues and wool marketing.

 

ASI MICRON TESTING
